Carolyn worked as a dental assistant for 3 years in Ontario prior to receiving her Dental Hygiene degree and moving to BC. She has been helping our patients maintain their oral health for over 13 years. Carolyn shares Dr. Coles' enthusiastic demand for the high quality of care that is a cornerstone for our practice. Her greatest satisfaction comes from assisting her patients in attaining a healthy and attractive smile that will last a lifetime. Diane - Certified Dental Assistant

Diane is Dr. Coles' multi-skilled assistant. She brings a bundle of energy to our office. Diane has been a friendly face at Dr. Coles' side for over 18 years now. She strives to make your dental experience as comfortable as possible. Diane always puts patients at ease with her friendly conversation and reassurance. Along with her husband Jamie and their young sons Davin and Keegan, she spends her free time enjoying the outdoors.

Kim - Office Manager

Kim handles all the financial matters for the office. She has been keeping us all running on-time for 17 years. Kim enjoys helping patients get the treatment they want in an affordable manner. Arranging suitable payment terms is second nature for her. Her kind demeanor and ability to relate to patients immediately puts them at ease. Kim is an avid skier and snowboarder and dreams of running a marathon some day. "I love being part of a progressive team that improves people's health and well-being."

Courtenay - Dental Hygienist

What's most exciting about Courtenay is her gentle and compassionate treatment style. She prides herself on keeping up with the latest treatment methods in order to offer her patients the best care available. Courtenay enjoys working in our state-of-the-art facility, where patients receive the highest level of service available. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her an important member of our highly talented team. When she's not at the office she's busy chasing after her two dogs.

Melanie - Treatment Coordinator

Melanie is relatively new to our office, but comes with over 13 years experience as a dental receptionist. She is a great people person and loves her work. Melanie is always eager to help with scheduling needs and coordinating patient care. She strives to understand the unique needs of each patient, and treats them as a member of her own family. Melanie brings a warm smile and friendly voice to work with her each and every day.
